Where are you located?
The website is operated and managed in the UK. Orders may be delivered from either of our warehouses located in UK, US or China.
What payment methods do you except?
We currently accept payment from: PayPal, Shopify Payments, American Express, MasterCard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
Do you offer returns?
Yes we offer returns on all unused items. You must return items within 14 days of receipt. See out Returns Page for more details.
Where do you currently ship?
We ship all of our goods worldwide. We provide tracking numbers to ensure your order gets to you securely. This tracking number will be sent to you via email when we ship your order out.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order is placed, it will take around 5-12 working days to arrive (standard shipping), please see our delivery page for more information.
Please Note: Some items can take between 7-14 working days to arrive (i.e Made To Order / Pre-Order items). This will be visible on the checkout page when you select your shipping method.
Occasionally, orders might get delayed when we experience high volume of orders coming in i.e Black Friday / Cyber Monday.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we currently offer FREE worldwide shipping on ALL orders over £50 / $65.
What if I have not received all of my order?
We are sorry to hear that you haven’t received all of your order. If you are missing any item(s) please ensure your order confirmation email includes all the items.
If your order confirmation includes the missing any item(s) then you will receive your other items separately, or be contacted by a member of customer service about this.

Your Shipping Protection is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Your Shipping Protection at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.
